Motorola Inc is planning to spliting become two different company, cellphone company and non-cellphone company. This matter because of the down of selling of Motorola cellphone in the latest news.
This spliting possibility started by idea that sourced from billionaire investor Carl Icahn, after being big because of drop down of Motorola cellphone unite selling.
Spliting Motorola to two side is not finish yet, event its specification. but, the main, Motorola side said that handset business would spliting with TV business, modem, computer and telecommunication tools.
If the agreement has been gotten, and received from regulator, so in this company which hosted in Schaumburg legitimately spliting. Due to this two companies have same shareholder, so this transaction will free from tax.
