ways to cleaning ‘Bunga Citra Lestari’ virus.

Bonek and Love-chaca virus spuriousing theirself as JPEG picture file with name “Bikini Bunga Citra Lestari”. Vaksincom detected this virus as W32/SillyFDC.F, for file size 122 KB and .exe. extention.

Love-chaca is difficult to killed in normal condition, safe mode and also safe mode with command prompt. Because of its difficulty to do cleaning, so there are some steps that you can choose to eradicating that virus.

Way 1:

Computer users which infected Love-chaca virus can to clean with becoming drive/harddisk which is infected as slave. Previously user can rename file msvbvm60.dll in direktory C:\Windows\System32, as file tan needed for next can be renamed again as previously if virus have been cleaned.

To cleaning virus files manually, you can to use searching feature on windows. Display windows folder that are hidden first using dos command prompt. like this:

Click [start], and [run]
Write [cmd]
In dos prompt, write attrib -s -h /s /d, and hit enter (surely you in direktoriy C:\WINDOWS), such as C:\WINDOWS>attrib -s -h /s /d

To restore files which are hidden in another drives, do above steps but previously you change drive locations that you need to check [example D:\>attrib -s -h /s /d]

Use Linux Live CD such as Knoppix/Ubuntu. You can do cleaning virus same like previous ways that are searching virus files which have 122kb file sizes, .exe extention and application type.
